Ukrainian author and journalist Nadiyka Gerbish spoke with His Beatitude Sviatoslav Shevchuk about his childhood memories and the joy of Koliada. He reminisces on how, as children, they were chased by police for carolling in the street. And, about preparing for Sviata Vechera in snowless Argentina - where you can't find the necessary ingredients such as wheat, mushrooms and dill.

His message reminds us that Koliadky bring the good word of Christ's birth and how this gives light in times of darkness.
