New Exhibit: "MARIA" - Lesia Marushak


Musée Ukraina Museum, Saskatoon, is honoured to present and invites you to the opening of the world premiere of “MARIA” - Lesia Marushak's newest exhibition on Holodomor - Victims of the Ukrainian Famine - Genocide of 1932-33.

The exhibition, "MARIA” will run from November 3, 2018 to January 20, 2019 at the Museum, 222 Avenue M South (Sr. Theodosia Lane). Open Sundays from 11:30 am to 4:30pm or for an appointment by calling 306-270-6033.

Musée Ukraina Museum, Saskatoon, is honoured to present and invites you to the opening of the world premiere of “MARIA” - Lesia Marushak's newest exhibition on Holodomor - Victims of the Ukrainian Famine - Genocide of 1932-33.

The work, in book and exhibition forms, presents Maruschak's intellectual and emotional response, informed by current research and the stories shared by survivors in the Ukrainian Canadian community she grew up in.  Lesia Maruschak is a collector and artist based in Ottawa, Ontario, specializing in photography-based art investigating identity, remembrance and connection.
